It is my belief that the morning is the rudder of the day. By that I mean; as your morning goes, so will the rest of your day. If you are too busy or are rushing around, the rest of your day will be the same. You will just never catch up. On the other hand If you start your day with some quiet time to meditate, review and reflect, or perhaps just simply reading a few good quotes or thoughts, your mind will be at ease and you will be ready to face the challenges of your day. As you practice this you will find that things don't seem to bother you as much. You are more relaxed and in control.
